The Kingdom of Our Lord and His Anointed

Chapter 11 of Revelation is a preview of coming events and by the middle of the Great Tribulation Period things to come are in view concerning the consummation of the end of the age. Jesus shall reign upon the earth, it is the kingdom of our Lord and his Christ. The final kingdom after the kingdom of Antichrist will come to and end is the Millennial Kingdom. How great and glorious that kingdom will be wherein dwelleth righteousness. The four and twenty elders fall down and worship before the throne in heaven and give thanks to the Lord for his kingdom has come, the reign of the Lord's anointed. The temple of God is opened in heaven and the ark of the covenant is in view reinforcing the promise of God to his people and the blessing to come.
