What Will It Profit a Man if He Lose His Own Soul?

Christ never hesitated to let men know the cost of following Him. He said it was a strait and narrow way, a self-denying, cross-bearing, life-losing Christianity.

It WILL cost you to follow Christ, but it will cost you MUCH more NOT to follow Him.

To bear Christ's cross is an honor; to deny ourselves a privilege for our great God. This is a temporal "loss" for an eternal gain.

Crosses drive us to Christ, and the cross leads to a crown.
