Paul the Believer

As Paul faces yet another trial on his difficult journey to Rome, his defence before Felix can be summarised in the words of John 14: he believes in the Way, the Truth and the Life.
Far from abandoning the Jewish faith, Paul understands that the law and the prophets are all pointing forward to Christ, the only Way to the Father. We are also called to believe in Christ, assured of the resurrection life he promises and keeping a clean conscience before God and men.
