Learning From Jesus in Samaria

Because of the notoriety of Jesus and the woman at the well, the 1st 6 verses of this chapter are often read and effectively ignored, perhaps with a few token comments tossed in.

This is tragic. Everything Jesus does is for a reason. And everything John records is carefully selected by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

On a site like this with thousands of sermons people gravitate to the "hot topic" titles which while helpful may not always be the best choice in the long run.

This message does not have a "current hot topic of the day title." But it will definitely challenge you, make you think and in the long run of your Christian life, create lasting hot spots in your heart.
