This parable is one of the most controversial of all the Lord's parables. Who are the five wise virgins and who are the five foolish virgins. However, in all the controversy, I believe the two most important lessons are missed. They are: 1. The Perseverance of the True Christian and 2. The Importance of Watching and Looking for the Lord's Coming.
