The Interpretation of Providence in History, P2

Taking its cue from an article by Maurice Roberts, this sermon focuses on the ebb and flow of providence/history. In this connection, three lost concepts must be recovered: 1) the concept of a model age, 2) the idea that God must be glorified on earth, and 3) the distinctive concept of history which emerged from the Protestant Reformation. The sermon concludes with a renewed call to prayer (Hosea 5:15).
