Obstacles to Rebuilding

First, in v 10 - After a successful start, the Jews grew weary with the work of rebuilding.

Second, in vv 11-12 - Nehemiah's adversaries were intent on destroying the rebuilding project and bringing it to an end.

Third, in vv 13-23 - Nehemiah's threefold plan to overcome the rebuilding obstacles.
