Spirit-Formed Deacons for a Church of Spirit-Formed People

How do we know whom Jesus has called to be our deacons? Pastor leads his family in today's "Hopewell @Home" passage. Acts 6:3 follows up on the sermon in morning public worship from the past Lord's Day. In this verse of Holy Scripture, the Holy Spirit teaches us that the Lord Jesus gives deacons to his church who are men in whom the Holy Spirit has done an exemplary work like that which He is doing in all true Christians.
