The Comforting Ministry of Adonai

God's name Adonai is found four times in this passage. As Ezekiel speaks the words of God to His people scattered in Babylon they are reminded that the Supreme ruler of the universe is their comfort no matter if they are living in Jerusalem or by the river Chebar. Be comforted that God Himself is with His people wherever they are and He is a very present help in trouble. Our security is found in Him alone and not the country or political climate we live in!
