Love Covers a Multitude of Sins

'Love will cover a multitude of sins'

This may be seen both in the love of Christ that led Him to die in order to pay for our sins when we were yet His enemies and also in the way the Redeemed fervently love, serve, and forgive one another. Properly understood this love is manifested in the context of the 'family' of God - the Church.

But as this sermon seeks to explore, this love, service, and forgiveness that Christ modeled and commands cannot truly be manifested in the context of the modern mega-church.
