Establish the need: In your life right now what is it that gives you the greatest joy and highest emotions?
It should be God’s Word, if not then there’s some other substitute that has taken its place.
Purpose: Today we will see the Psalmist describes three affections he has towards the Word of God so that we check our spiritual life and see if we are really communing with God when we read His Word.
OUTLINE:
Are you not ashamed of the Word of God?
Are you thankful for the Word of God?
Are you joyful for the Word of God?
