Christ's Federal Fulfilling Of The Law

Our Lord's Sermon on the Mount makes clear the relationship between the ethics he taught, and the teaching of Moses and the Prophets which he did not come to destroy. However, the church's view of Jesus' fulfilling of the law has focused primarily on the personal aspects of his obedience. In this presentation, a comparison between Adam, whom scripture calls the first man, and Christ, whom Scripture calls the second man, shows the full extent and significance of Christ's obedience in fulfilling the law.
