Calling on Christ on Whom They Believed

Here is Paul's desire and prayer to God for Israel - that they might be saved. They were zealous, but without knowledge. Ignorant of God's righteousness, they went about to establish their own. Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one who believes, but Israel did not submit to him. Nonetheless the righteousness which is by faith is not far off. Whosoever shall call upon the Lord, of whom they have heard and believed, shall be saved. So it is for both Jew & Gentile.
