Jeremiah's Emotional Distress

The Prophet Jeremiah was called to give a message and tell Israel from Dan to Ephraim that a great destruction was on its way. Like a might dry and destructive wind the army from the North would sweep down over the land and spoil Israel and Judah. Jeremiah said that he was greatly disturbed insomuch that his bowels were pained and that he was distressed. God would judge them if they would not wash their hearts and be cleansed of their wicked ways.
