Rules his own house well

An elder must be able to lead in his home first and foremost. He is certainly called to this, if he has a family, and can thus show evidence of his calling to the ministry through this. Christ again showed his leadership through those who were with him on earth. How do we do in showing biblical leadership and submission with our homes?
