Isaac: His Coming and Conflict

Isaac's name means "laughter" but his coming brought conflict. For example, he was despised and ridiculed by his half-brother Ishmael. Likewise, Jesus means Savior but His coming produced incomparable discord. He endured conflict from His own family, the world of darkness, the political and religious worlds. It was this conflict that led to His illegal arrest, trial and crucifixion.
