In Acts 2 we see the church filled with the Holy Ghost, united in purpose, goals, and attitudes. The term "one accord" is used 11 times in Acts, showing that the church had one mind. The purpose of the filling of the Holy Spirit was to speak the word of God with boldness, as is evidenced in this chapter. Christ is glorified and honored in His church.
