While He Tabernacled among men, the Lord Jesus gave full
proof of His humanity.
Christ thirsted because He was a man. And when He was dry, His cry, "I thirst!", indicates the intensity of His suffering as a man.
Who thirsts in the afterlife? Surely NOT those who have as
the one true, sufficient sacrifice, the Lord Jesus Christ who has
taken on ALL suffering on their behalf!
