If We Don't Tell Sinners God Loves Them, What do We Tell Them?

For a long time, we have been told that the way to evangelize unbelievers is to tell them that God loves them and wants to save them. However, if God only desires to save the elect and does not love everyone with a redemptive love, then how can we say that to lost people indiscriminately? If we shouldn't say that to them, what should we say? What is the message we give to the unbeliever? This questioned is explored and answered in this sermon.
