The Sinfulness of Sin and the Judgment of God

As our culture treats sin as "no big deal," God calls his people to a sober consideration of the sinfulness of sin. Wave after wave in this passage, God's wrath crashes against the sin in ancient Israel, in our modern society, and, perhaps, in our hearts. We discover that the evil of sin is so great that even great judgement does not satisfy God's justice - but Jesus does!
