Acts 2:38-42

Acts 2:38 is examined here in detail. The book of Acts is a transitional book and is therefore misunderstood by many. Dispensational Baptists are the only ones who have ever gotten this verse right. There are four groups in the book of Acts that are handled differently when it comes to Baptism and the promise of the Holy Ghost: the Judean Jews (Acts 2), the Samaritans (Acts 8), the Gentiles (Acts 10. Note: That's how it works for you and me.) and the Disciples of John the Baptist (Acts 19). In all four cases men were regenerated by faith (which includes and implies repentance).
