Genuine Christians live under grace. To do this, they must wholly yield themselves to the Holy Spirit’s leading. They are to walk in the Spirit. They are to be filled by the Spirit. They are to pray in the Spirit. They are not to grieve the Holy Spirit, and when it comes to giving they are to be led by the Spirit. Giving in the New Testament is to be a Spirit-energized grace practiced by His people.
