Reconciliation Produces Unity

The body of Christ is the church, but it is not just Jews plus Gentiles, but a whole new entity. As this new entity is created, there is reconciliation between those who were once far from God and those who are near to God. We learn about being citizens of God's kingdom and fellow members of God's household who together are the building stones used to build God's temple in the hearts of believers. The cornerstone of this spiritual temple is Jesus Christ.
