How Should We Then Live?
Three Imperatives

Main Idea: Because we have confidence to enter the holy place, let us do so!

Therefore:
• Having confidence to enter the holy places by Jesus’ blood (19-20)
• And having a great priest over the house of God (21)

Let us:
• Worship Genuinely (upward) (22)
 Draw near (enter holy place with prayer and worship)
 With a true heart
 In full assurance
 Having been cleansed

• Believe Steadfastly (inward) (23)
 Hold fast the confession of hope without wavering
 Without wavering
 Because of a faithful God who promised

• Stir Others to Love and Good Works (outward) (24-25)
 Not forsaking the meeting of ourselves together
 But encouraging one another as you see the day approaching

Application

Will you draw near?
Will you believe steadfastly?
Will you stir others to love and good works?
