The Pattern and Paradigm of Prophecy (E)

We are laying the foundation for entering into the heart of our study on "Prophetic Lessons from the Coronavirus Crisis."
And in this lesson, Paul Scharf, church ministries representative for The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry, reminds us with certainty that God is sovereign and has a plan for history, and that He has placed each one of us into the world at this time in which we live.
We briefly survey the concept of God's kingdom, seeing the distinction between His universal and theocratic (or Messianic, mediatorial or millennial) kingdoms. This gives us insight into how He is moving history toward the goal that He has ordained for it.
May this lesson give all of us assurance and comfort to know that God has perfect knowledge of the events unfolding before us—even if they are affecting your health, your finances, your family, your church, or any other areas of life—and has a purpose in all of it, to bring good to you and glory to Himself.
