I. Christian unity is the inevitable and necessary product of our Lord’s prayer and His death and resurrection.

Our Lord’s prayer was not a WISH, a yearning somehow left up to us to fulfill. He would effect it and it will and has been and continues to be accomplished! We see this played out and developed in the various NT passages we just looked at!
