Beyond the Veil

We are possessed of hope as an anchor of the soul. This hope allows us to see beyond the veil; it is a hope that will sustain us in the midst of the fiery trials of life. While it is true that fear is a powerful foe; it is also true that in the end is nothing but a toothless lion. As humans, our greatest danger is separation from God. But this has been removed in the sacrifice of Jesus, and understanding that death itself is powerless to harm us grants us peace and power to endure and emerge triumphant.
