The events surrounding Amnon and Tamar are extremely disturbing and may cause some distress upon those that hear it.

Some parents may even be concerned about the graphic nature of this historical account and may wish to sheild their children from hearing of such horrible atrocities.

And so, I must caution parents, that while this particular sermon may not be as graphic as the last, it still deals with a very disturbing subject.

And yet this is the word of God and it is profitable for reproof correction and training so that everyone – even our children may be thoroughly equipped to navigate the wickedness of the world around them.
