Blessings from the Dawn of Time

In Ephesians 1:3, Paul states that God has "blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenliness." In verse 4, the Apostle begins to unpack these blessings in terms of God's redemptive purpose. Where does the story of our redemption begin? Paul says it begins before the foundation of the world when God chose us in Christ. The blessings of redemption come to us from the dawn of time.
