Know God

To know God you must have an encounter with Him.

To know God you must be willing to suffer.

To know God you must live in His power.

The Test of Knowing God:

1. Are you living in the light? (1 John 1:5-7)
2. Are you following Him in obedience?
   (1 John 2:3-6)
   Why Obey?
   1. God is love. (Hebrews 12:6, 1 John 3:16)
   2. God is all-knowing. (1 John 3:20,
      Hebrews 4:13)
   3. God is all-powerful. (Jeremiah 32:17,
      Ephesians 3:20)
3. Are you loving others? (1 John 2:9-11)
