In this episode, Mansoul having sent Mr. Desires-awake a second time to deliver their third petition to Prince Emmanuel, Desires-awake and Mr. Wet-eyes fall upon their faces before Emmanuel and receive the accusations from the Prince of Mansoul's defiant rebellion. Mssrs. Desires-Awake and Wet-eyes deliver the Prince's message to the prisoners of Mansoul.
