We’re continuing our series, God of the Details: A Study in Ruth, with Part 2 of a message titled, Pursuing a Dark Providence. Last time, Don talked about the effects of sin: Disobedience toward God invites judgment and discipline. On today’s program, he’ll remind us that even while God judges, He also gives grace. While Naomi suffered famine and bereavement as a result of her husband’s disobedience, Ruth was an example of God’s grace in action. And it is that grace which gives us hope through Jesus Christ.
