Special Testimony – Rev. Noel Kelly
(Missionary in Uganda)
(Former R.C. from Dungannon,
Mr. Kelly’s father was in the IRA
during the 2nd World War
& responsible for setting up the
Tyrone Brigade of the IRA.
His mother’s father was in the
Royal Irish Constabulary in Drogheda
but moved North when partition
took place in 1921.
Noel got saved in Germany where
he was serving with the RAF in 1964...)
