Daniel - A Jew in Babylon

There are evidences from the life of Daniel, held as a young captive in Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar, that God was still bery much in his heart, and active in his life. Whilst there were a number of things he could legitimately do, he 'purposed in his heart' not to defile himself with the king's food. The life of Daniel holds many spiritual lessons for us today, in how we live and act amongst the ungodly of this world. We must remember 'that he who is faithful in little is also able to be faithful in much'.
