Strange Fire and Profane Worship

How should the church worship God? Is it ok for us to introduce innovations into our worship if we think they will help?
Is scripture sufficient to teach us how to worship God? Are man-made traditions like Easter, Christmas, Advent, Lent, and other Holy Days acceptable? Should the rule for our worship be that whatever is not forbidden is acceptable?
