Eldership in the Local Church

Most churches today have "a pastor" but most do not have "pastors" or a plurality of elders. Dr. Luke (Shawn Waugh) discusses with Pastor Brett Beasley regarding what Biblical local church eldership is and how God has established this system in order that churches are shepherded by qualified men to preach, teach, pray, and pastor the local body.
