Announcement of Death

As Jesus separates himself from the crowds that are urgently seeking Him, He has a hard message for His disciples. He first confirms the good news shared by Peter, that Jesus is both the Christ and the Son of God. Next he informs them of His immanent abuse, death, and resurrection. Finally, he shares the concept that all those who share in the kingdom must spiritually loose their life in a similar way.
