Abraham's Covenant With a Foreign King

The account of a foreign king and his commander negotiating a non-aggression pact between Abraham and his descendants demonstrates the LORD's blessings on the patriarch. He was also assured that the land was his, and he planted a tree to acknowledge God's bounty. God was certainly with Abraham.
