Reformation and Transformation

The full title of this message is "Reformation and Transformation: The Reformation in 45 minutes." Richard Rohlin makes good on the title covering the history of the Reformation in 45:13. Richard spoke to mixed crowd of adults and children on the Sunday before the pagan holiday of Halloween. At First Baptist Church Las Colinas, we celebrate Protestant Reformation Day on 10/31 instead of Halloween. That is the anniversary of the day that Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the door of a church in Germany. While we do not consider Baptists to be Protestants, the Protestant Reformation gave us some of the rich treasures of Christianity and led people away from the most heinous errors of Catholicism. Richard makes the Reformation understandable to young people as well as adults in this topical lesson.
