The 'Almost' Tragedy

A whirlwind (dirt devil) appeared on the campus of CFCA during a cookout and play day for the children. The whirlwind was seen going across the campus and heading straight for the Giant Inflatable Slide that had six K-5 students playing on it it. The slide was picked straight up into the air 40 or 50 feet and began carrying it about 200 yards when it flipped the slide over causing the children to fall from that deadly height. Praise God, none were seriously hurt.
