Forsaken?

My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me? When Jesus said these words He was calling out the lyrics to a song, Psalm 22. David, who did not experience all the things written in Psalm 22, wrote out the death that Jesus would go through years before it actually happened. God gave His best for us to take away our sins. If Jesus had not died on the cross, no one would have a chance to be forgiven. We are broken and only God can save us. Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.
