Cheers and Tears

As Jesus descends from the Mount of Olives toward the Holy City, the crowds receive Him with joyous expectations by creating a royal carpet using their robes and palm branches, proclaiming Jesus as the King! A donkey instead of a chariot presents Jesus as a King and a servant. Jesus is publicly presenting Himself as the Messiah.
