Rejoicing in Hope

Paul wrote heavily about rejoicing in the book of Philippians while in prison. In such a situation, the things we think are necessary for rejoicing are absent. God has given us His promises, and we are to set our hope on Him and His Word so that we have the anchor of our soul that we so desperately need.
