Marriage

The assumption that marriage is for my individual happiness is not biblical.

This passage shows us that marriage is not a human invention that can be defined and redefined as we see fit, but rather it is a divinely instituted blessing given to mankind by the Sovereign of the universe for His purpose and his glory - And when done His way, it can provide us the most joyful and intimate human relationship that we can experience this side of glory.
