Returning to old habits

Habits are things we continuously do over again. Repeating bad habits will never produce good results. We can always say that we know better but we are human and don't like to always follow God's will. We will quit doing things and then pressure hits and we go back to what we had given up. These habits give the enemy power over us. Have we turned back to old habits? What will it cost this time?
