The Origin of the Gospel

To loosen the grip on the gospel of God's grace is to be reaching for something else. There is nothing else to save so the effort becomes a futile and fatal attempt to save self.
To regard the gospel as incomplete or insufficient by adding to it is no less deadly than denying the gospel overtly. Satan is satisfied by either deception as they have the same results, eternity in hell with him.
