Prepare the Way

Main Point: God pours His bowls of wrath on the wicked, preparing the way for establishing the New Heavens and the New Earth.

1. The seven bowls expand on previous judgments in intensity and in focusing on the wicked.

2. The wicked receive punishment and removal of common grace.

3. The wrath of the bowls is not redemptive but leads to a hardening of hearts.

4. The wicked must be removed from the New Heavens and New Earth to be established.

5. When you see God's wrath, give thanks, because it is preparing the way for the New Heavens and New Earth.
