Moreover, the promise of the gospel is that whoever believes in Christ shall be saved, and not only for those who were given the law, but also for those who are afar off, upon whom the Lord shall call. This promise, without distinction, is offered to all people in all times, both Jews and Gentiles, for the Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. Therefore, it is required of those who hear the gospel to repent and believe, acknowledging the mercy of God in offering salvation through Christ and leaving their former ways to embrace this precious promise.
