The Communion Of The Partakers

When we commune at the Lord's Table, we partake of a spiritual fellowship both with Christ and with His people. The reality of this Godly communion is revealed with a reference to idolatry, where a an ungodly communion with devils is revealed to be taking place. Therefore, the Table of the Lord is to be kept holy, and the partakers are to keep themselves holy, unto the Lord:
