In the evening we come to Lord's day 47 of the Catechism directed by Matthew 5.13-16 to see the request of every true Christian - "Please help us glorify You!" Our sinful, human nature wants the spot-light to shine on us. This text and Lord's day shows us a marvelous connection between sanctification and evangelism that will help us glorify God in everyday living.
